CA Foundation 2019 for nov exam is going to be conducted in a double shift from 02:00 PM
to 05:00 PM for Paper 1 and 2, and for Paper 3 and 4, it is going to be held from 02:00 PM to

CA Foundation 2019 Exam Pattern

Foundation Course comprises four papers, out of 4 papers, 2 papers are subjective type
(Paper 1 & 2) and the rest of the 2 papers are objective types (Paper 3 & 4). There is also a
\negative marking for Papers 3 & 4 only. No negative marking for subjective papers i.e. 1 & 2.
  • Paper 1: Principles and Practices of Accounting (100 Marks)
  • Paper 2: Business Law & Business Correspondence and Reporting (100 Marks)
Section A: Business Law (60 Marks)
Section B: Business Correspondence and Reporting (40 Marks)
  • Paper 3*: Business Mathematics and Logical Reasoning &Statistics (100 Marks)

Announcement regarding ca foundation admit card.

ICAI always release any admit card 14 to 16 days before exams dates. So it is expected to
get released in the last week of October. Ca foundation admit card you will get by your
registration ID and password. The admit card you will get will be containing these details
candidate’s name, roll number, photograph, and signature, exam center, etc. along with
important instructions. If there is any problem related to your admit card you can contact
your icai chapter or you can contact then by helpline desk. Candidate has to carry their admit
card with them at the exam hall for verification purposes. 

No Postponement of CA Foundation November 2019 Exams

It has been brought to our notice that certain announcement is being circulated on social
media that the CA Exams will be held in December instead of November 2019.  In this
announcement, it is stated that the exam has not been re-schedule. The given announcement
has not been issued by the Institute and the exams will commence from November 01, 2019
as per the schedule mentioned in the Institute’s announcement hosted at the official website
icai.org. It is advisable for the candidates not to follow and don’t get mislead by the social
media information. Candidates are advised to refer to the official website for getting the exact
detailed and correct information.
